After a few months of searching, I finally found the perfect diamond for B & M's engagement ring.
This beautifully proportioned 3.01ct oval stone was totally worth the wait; natural, exquisitely cut, and rare to find at this size with no bowtie (a dark shadow in the centre of some stones, which can be really obvious).
It also has a lovely hint of warmth that we balanced by setting it with platinum claws on a gold band. We used my Arc style and lifted the setting ever so slightly so a wedding ring can sit neatly underneath.
I love the simplicity of this ring; it feels elegant, timeless and utterly gorgeous.
