We take care to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, materials and prices are accurate.

As our jewellery is handcrafted and created using natural gemstones, subtle variations in colour, appearance and finish may occur. Gemstones may also appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings.

We will communicate the relevant design specifications for commissioned pieces before manufacture begins.

Orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.

Payment is required as indicated at checkout or as agreed in writing for individual commissions.

Where an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you to discuss the available options, including a refund where appropriate.

Bespoke jewellery and made-to-order Signature commissions are created according to the agreed design specifications.

Before manufacture begins, we will confirm the relevant details, including design, materials, gemstones, pricing and expected completion times.

Any subsequent changes may affect the final price or completion date and will require agreement before proceeding.

Payment schedules, deposits and cancellation arrangements for bespoke commissions will be confirmed in writing as part of the individual commission agreement.

Estimated production and delivery times will be provided where appropriate.

For made-to-order and bespoke jewellery, completion times may vary depending on the complexity of the piece, gemstone availability and workshop requirements.

We will communicate any significant changes to an agreed schedule.

International deliveries may be affected by customs clearance procedures outside our direct control.

Nothing in these terms excludes statutory rights relating to delivery.

Qualifying orders exported from the UK may be supplied without UK VAT, subject to the applicable tax requirements.

International customers may be required to pay local import duties, taxes or customs clearance charges.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customers may be required to provide information or documentation requested by customs authorities or shipping partners to facilitate delivery.

We will provide the necessary export documentation and assist with shipping enquiries wherever reasonably possible.

Returns and cancellations are governed by our Delivery & Returns Policy and applicable consumer law.

Jewellery created to a customer's individual specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights.

This does not affect statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Any additional conditions relating to bespoke commission deposits, design approval or cancellation will be communicated and agreed in writing before the commission proceeds.

All original jewellery designs, photography, illustrations, written content and other material appearing on this website belong to Moira Patience Fine Jewellery or the relevant rights holders.

These materials may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland.

Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer protections or rights relating to jurisdiction that may apply under relevant law.
