Carefully developed and refined over the course of a decade, our core collections can be customised with your choice of metal and gemstone combinations. We can also add personal touches such as hidden gemstones, hand-engraving and textured finishes.
If you're unable to visit the showroom in person, the whole process can be done virtually.

Consultation
The Custom process begins with an initial conversation over the phone, email or WhatsApp. We can then arrange for you to to view the styles and settings available either in our Showroom or via video call.

Choose Materials
All designs can be made in your choice of recycled yellow gold, rose gold or platinum. We’ll also curate a personalised selection of natural gemstones for you to choose from.

Personal Touches
Once you have chosen your materials we can then discuss adding any extra special personal touches such as textured finishes, hidden gemstones or beautiful hand-engraving.
4.
3D CAD Render
Once you’ve decided on your design, we create a CAD render to help visualise the piece. This is the final opportunity to make tweaks before we begin crafting your Custom jewellery.
5.
Handcrafted For You
Once your happy with your choices and the design has been signed-off, your Custom piece will be handcrafted by our master jewellers in our workshop in Scotland.

FAQ's
How long does the Custom process take?
The whole process takes around 10 weeks starting from our fist in-person meeting. If you're working to a tighter deadline we will always try and accommodate so please let us know.
What's the difference between Custom and Bespoke?
Our Custom service is for clients who love our existing designs, but would like to customise them and ad personal touches. Our core collection of Signature Style engagement rings and wedding rings are all customisable and perfect if you want something personalised without having to go full bespoke. These designs are a permanent part of our collection so we can create them at a slightly quicker turnaround than if you were to start from scratch and go full bespoke.
Our Bespoke service is for clients who would like to create a design that doesn’t already exist. Commissioning bespoke means designing and making something completely new. This premium service will naturally take longer, but at the end of it you will have a completely one-of-a-kind piece of jewellery crafted to your exact requirements.

Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes, to allow us to provide the best possible experience, our showroom is by appointment only.
A remote consultation is required for all new clients before we can schedule an in-person consultation.
Do you have a minimum spend?
We have a minimum spend of £700 for Custom wedding rings and £2500 for Custom engagement rings. The final price will depend on your choice of metal, gemstones and extra personal touches.
Do you have anything we can order today?
Yes, our Signature Style engagement rings and wedding rings are all available to order in the designs shown.

Is your jewellery ethical?
We do our very best to make ethical choices. We offer recycled gold and platinum as standard and we also have a Fair Trade gold license if this is something you're interested in.
All of our jewellery is handcrafted in our workshop in Scotland and we don’t work with any overseas factories or large scale production.
We source our gemstones individually for each piece we make from suppliers we know and trust, and we will not buy new gemstones from suspect sources or unknown suppliers.
We’re also happy to reuse our clients heirloom gemstones and precious metals.
Where is your jewellery made?
Our bespoke jewellery is handcrafted and finished by our master jewellers in our workshop in Scotland. We're proud of our fine craftsmanship and are dedicated to creating truly exceptional jewellery which will last for generations to come.
Where do your gemstones come from?
We source our gemstones from a number of reputably suppliers based in UK who we know and trust. We also have suppliers for small, ethically run mines worldwide and suppliers for fully-traceable Canadian diamonds. Any cut diamond legally imported into the UK must abide by the Kimberley Process.
Can we be discreet?
Yes, If you require discretion we can communicate via WhatsApp message or email to help you keep it a secret.
