Halos don't always have to be diamonds... I love the sapphire halo on this diamond ring, each sapphire has it's own unique colour of blue, creating a wash of blue hues around the central stone.

My client wanted to represent her South African heritage so I incorporated a flowering king protea under the setting, and we even managed to squeeze in a hand engraved thistle and a rose (to representing Scotland and England) on either side of the the shank. I just love these little details!
