Pronounced “fid-ra”
At the centre of the Fidra ring sits a 2.04ct oval mixed-cut sapphire, displaying a natural bi-colour blend of yellow and deep orange tones. The stone shifts beautifully in the light, revealing layered warmth and depth within its elongated oval form.
A pair of trillion-cut diamonds frame the sapphire, their crisp geometry providing balance and definition. Set in 18ct yellow gold and finished in Moira’s flowing Arc setting, the fine sculpted claws allow light to move freely through the centre stone.
Fidra is a composed, architectural design that highlights the individuality of the gemstone while maintaining clean, refined proportions.

Each finished piece is crafted around a unique natural gemstone, responsibly sourced and chosen by Moira for its character.
New pieces are introduced in small releases throughout the year and newsletter subscribers are always the first to see them.
Made to Order
Each Signature design can be made to order with a carefully selected gemstone. The silhouette remains consistent; the character of the piece is shaped by the stone.
We work with natural gemstones, each with its own tone and subtle variations. No two stones are ever quite the same and it’s this individuality that gives each piece its presence.
Once we understand what you’re drawn to, we’ll source a selection of stones for you to choose from and refine the piece from there.
Prices vary depending on the gemstone and material. As a guide, most made to order pieces begin from around £4,000.
Each piece is crafted in the workshop in Scotland and typically takes approximately eight weeks to complete.
