Sometimes you come across a gemstone and it just sings to you! This happened with this beautiful gem. A stunning chequered cut cushion sapphire with flashes of green, blue and yellow - it reminded me off the sea. When we set it in bright platinum with a halo of pave set diamonds the stone just came to life. This was a surprise engagement ring for the lovely lady, I was so eager to hear the news! Luckily she loved the ring.
