Try-on Appointment / Showroom Visit
Visit the showroom to browse and try-on jewellery from Moira's permanent collection of ready-to-wear jewellery. The team will also be on hand to answer any questions.

Pick-up/Drop-off
If your jewellery is ready for collection use this booking to organise a convenient time to come into the showroom and be presented with your new jewellery! You can also use this for any drop-offs.

Ring Resize Appointment
Book an appointment to drop off your ring for resizing. We will also double check your ring finger measurements. Please note, this service is only for rings that have been made by us.

Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes, to allow us to provide the best possible experience, our showroom is by appointment only.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes, many of our clients live overseas. We're happy to work with you over email, video calls and Whatsapp.
Can we be discreet?
Yes, If you require discretion we can communicate via WhatsApp message or email to help you keep it a secret.
Do you have a minimum spend?
Yes, we have a minimum spend for our Custom and Bespoke services.

What's the difference between Custom and Bespoke?
Our Custom service is for clients who love our existing designs, but would like to customise them and ad personal touches. Our core collection of Signature Style engagement rings and wedding rings are all customisable and perfect if you want something personalised without having to go full bespoke. These designs are a permanent part of our collection so we can create them at a slightly quicker turnaround than if you were to start from scratch and go full bespoke.
Our Bespoke service is for clients who would like to create a design that doesn’t already exist. Commissioning bespoke means designing and making something completely new. This premium service will naturally take longer, but at the end of it you will have a completely one-of-a-kind piece of jewellery crafted to your exact requirements.

Do you have anything we can order today?
Yes, our permanent collection of fine jewellery is available to order in the existing designs on the website here.
These designs can also be customised and made-to-order with your choice of gemstones and precious metal.
If you would like to view them in the showroom please book a Try-on Appointment to come into the showroom and browse the collection.
